The centenary of his death, 17 July 2026, was marked by two commemorations held in tandem: a Gurmat Samagam at Teja Singh Samundri Hall in Amritsar, hosted by the SGPC’s Dharam Parchar Committee; and Shabad Kirtan at Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, New Delhi — the shrine whose wall he had once volunteered to die for.

This is the exact wording approved for public display. It is never strengthened beyond what the tier — Well supported — permits.
