In May 2026, Guru Nanak Dev University hosted a book launch and national seminar for an English translation of Dr Piar Singh’s 1975 biography, translated by the University’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Karamjeet Singh, and released by the Governor of Punjab as University Chancellor.
